FRESH COCONUT

Coconut is extracted from the cocos nucifera(coconut tree). The coconut tree can able to grow up to 30m(98 feet). From the coconut tree, we are extracting coconut. Coconut fruit has three layers of exocarp, mesocarp, and endocarp. By the combination of the exocarp and mesocarp, the husk is formed. Mostly exocarp will be removed and used as the compost(coir fiber). Nigeria is one among coconut cultivation in Africa tropical region.

Uses of coconut:

Cooking:

• In India mostly used in curries

• Oil for frying and also in some culture they apply in hair

• Coconut milk

• Sugar

• Chocolate Bars

• Coconut Chips

• Virgin coconut oil
